The Stomp! Squad

 

The Stomp! Squad are dancers aged 11-19yrs.

The Squad meet to rehearse on Thursday evenings in the Dance Studio, Finchley Catholic High School, Woodside Lane, Finchley, N12

They are trained by award winning choreographer Supple - learning exclusive routines and receiving training  of the highest level (find out more about Supple below).  The Squad is a friendly, fun group of Hip Hop dancers and we are always on the look out for new members.

Threre is no audition for this Squad - dancers will be selected from the Intermediate class. 

(Please notify us if you are interested but unable to attend the Intermediate class because it clashes with Acting)

If you are accepted into the Squad - you would be expected to attend class regurlaly and always on show rehearsals.  Routines and Stomp! mixes are exclusive to Stomp! Squad members.

The Squad were asked by The Daily Mirror - the organisers of The People's March to dance at the rally in Hyde Park on Saturday 20th September.

They were asked as a group of  'Inspirational Young people'  to perform on the stage to the thousands of people showing their support.

And this is your opportunity to join his Squad of young dancers.

Supple has worked with Lill Allen (Ldn) Jamiroquai, Janet Jackson, Puff Daddy, Ronan, Destinys Child, Ruff Riderz ..  He has appeared on many Music Videos including Madonna 'Hung Up' and choreographs for numerous T.V Commercials including Marks and Spencers and the Halifax Advert 'Woke Up This morning.. feeling fine' - You know the one!  He also was the man who made Gene Kelly Streetdance in the Volkswagon Ad!
