Class Structure

The students are divided into three age groups:

   6-8yrs -     Red Group  
         9-11yrs -  White Group    
    12-17yrs - Black Group

Over the three hours the students have 55 minute classes in Street Dance, Singing and Acting with breaks inbetween for a drink and a biscuit.

The lessons are disciplined, but fun.

Agency

The School has an agency attached called Stomp! Management.

The Agency represents children/young people from the Saturday School and the Thursday Evening Classes with Casting Opportunities in Film, Television, Music Videos, Commercials, Theatre, etc

The books are open for entry into the Agency twice yearly, around June and November time.  Entry is optional.

Car Sharing
Please let us know if you would be interested in Car Sharing and will do our best to link you up with another parent/guardian in your area.

Fees

Stomp! Fees are very reasonable:

• £18.00 per week, per child for the Saturday combined course.
• £7.00 per week, per class for the Thursday evening seperate classes.

 Fees are payable half termly (there are usually 6-8 weeks in half term)  and in advance (without exception).  There are reductions for Siblings and when joining mid-term the fees are payable only for classes received.

For children/young people new to the experience, a half termly commitment gives them ample opportunity to experience the School and settle in - without the usual commitment of a term.

At Stomp! we also run a Recommendation Scheme. When you recommend a new student to Stomp! you will receive a discount of (one free week) which is deducted the following term**

* Sibling Reduction applies only to brothers/sisters living in the same dwelling.
** One discount fee to be used per recommended family.

It is important to note please:

When attending classes - two weeks notice before the end of term, is required, in writing and handed in at class, if the place is to be given up.  This will be clarified on the booking form when applying and is imperative to the smooth running of the school and to be fair to children/young people waiting to take up the places.

Tutors

The training at Stomp! is of a high standard. Our tutors are experienced teachers - we do not employ students.
All tutors are CRB checked.

Prizes

At Stomp! everyone is noticed.  

We do also have a 100% cup which is now given out following a group presentation/show and is awarded to a student who it is felt gave 100% to the show - learning lines, dances, songs with enthusiasm, full attendance, motivating and being kind to others and in general pushing themselves as best they can.  Doing all this - while wearing the Stomp! uniform of course!

The cup is kept by the student and there is also a fee name engraving!

Uniform
The Stomp! uniform consists of a Stomp! T-shirt which is obligatory and may be purchased at the front desk, trousers or bottoms that are suitable for dancing in and trainers or similar. No earings please.

Please note: On joining Stomp! all parents/guardians will be expected to ensure that their child/children wear the correct uniform each week.He

Stomp! Hooded Sweatshirts with logo, in grey, easy to  wash, very warm!  (optional) Please ask at the desk.
