This class is for all abilities is taught by a fantastic teacher Nicky Short and is held in a fully mirrored dance studio.
Nicky is a highly experienced teacher who is vibrant, positive and brings out the best in her students. We see real improvements in ability and the atmosphere is relaxed yet disciplined - and fun!
She is a member of 'Culture Shock' Dance Company - and performs and choreographs with them on projects such as 'The Breaking Convention' (Breakdancers and B-girls) at Sadlers Wells, and the Choreographers Carnival. She has appeared in several Music Videos and is also a core member of the 'Waaktitioners' - the UKs premier dance company dedicated to Funk and Waaking.
Nicky is trained in all forms of dance and her classes always commence with a warm up and end with a cool down.
Places are limited.
Please note: We also run a Squad Class - for dancers of the same age who are of an advanced level. This class is taught by Bismark Anobah and meets on Saturdays at our School in The Mount, Mill Hill, NW7. Entry is via audition or we will notify and dancers attending this Thursday street dance class if they would be better suited to the Squad.

BUSES: 263, 125 – Alighting in between North Finchley High Road and Whetstone High Road (Alighting at the bus stop nearest to the Kwik Fit Garage at the corner of Wooside Lane) The walk down Woodside Lane and you will see Finchley Catholic High School on your left.
OR
251, 326 - Alighting at Totteridge Lane. At the bus stop cross the road and walk down Naylor Road. Naylor Road turns into Ridgeview Road about half way down. Right at the end of the road you will see the Car Park to Finchley Catholic School.
TUBE: Totteridge and Whetstone tube station, Northern Line. On exciting the station cross the road and turn left. Take the first road on the right which is Naylor Road, Naylor Road turns into Ridgeview Road about half way down - the school is directly facing the bottom of the road (where you will see the car park entrance)
You can also easily walk to the school from Woodside Lane tube station - also on the Northern Line.
It is about a 6 minute walk from the station and bus stops.
