To apply, print off both sheets and fill out the booking form, making sure that you have read both sheets and signed it. Then post both forms back to us at:

Please enclose a deposit of £15.00, which will come off the fees when your childs starts classes, we will then  call to confirm the place.   Please note:  Places will only be allocated when a completed booking form and deposit is received and strictly on a first come first serve basis, thankyou.

If you are wishing to apply for a Thursday Evening class, please also complete and return this form - writing 'Thursday Class' and the class/classes you are interested in on the top. - thankyou.
